MEET THE TEAM
Rob Dillon
Rob is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certified Arborist, and Tree Care Specialist & Forester. Who has spent over 25 years caring for Montana’s forests, urban forests, & range land. Rob is still active in the field working hand in hand with the crews, evaluating properties and consulting with local and regional land owners. He is heavily involved in training and furthering education in the industry, conducting seminars and workshops on professional tree care techniques, urban & forest pest management, & safety training throughout the Northwest. Rob is a two-time Montana tree climbing state champion and twice been a top five qualifier at the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Rocky Mountain Tree Climbing championship, where he won the championship in 2001. Rob is also very active in wildland fire & prescribe fire, and is a member of the Valley Volunteer Fire Department in Hall MT as a training officer. Rob holds several certifications by multiple agencies, and is a member of numerous professional industry organization such as AMTOPP, Montana Logging Association, and Rocky Mountain ISA. Rob is currently working on becoming a board certified ISA Master Arborist. In his free time he enjoys camping, rafting and exploring Montana with his trusty sidekick Ash.

Mary Ellyn DuPre
Mary Ellyn is a botanist and plant ecologist based out of Missoula, MT. She has been a botanist for 12+ years and graduated with a Master’s in Land Resources and Environmental Sciences at Montana State University in 2020. Since then, she has been involved in studying plant and soil community dynamics in agricultural, forest, and rangeland ecosystems. For Dillon Distributors, Mary Ellyn provides the team with insights on the ecological advantages of integrated pest management (IPM), while also providing technical support.
Carol Templeton
After 27 years in the forest products industry, Carol obtained a degree in accounting technology and joined Rob Dillon Tree Service as the Office Manager in 2010. Carol enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with family & friends.
Courtney Hubbard
Before moving to Montana from New Mexico, Courtney began her career as an equine technician before spending seven years working in preclinical studies. She gained experience in animal care, research, and small business operations. Since 2023, she has served as the Office Manager and Sales Manager at Dillon Distributors LLC, where she manages daily operations and works closely with customers. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys outdoor activities, reading, cooking and spending time with her little family.
Jacob Monahan
After moving to Montana from Georgia, Jacob works both as the tech expert and marketing head for Dillon Distributors while also working out on the field for its sister companies. Jacob recently obtained a bachelors of science in film production in 2025, during his time as a student, Jacob worked in the film industry as well as a marketing lead before joining Dillon Distributors in 2026. Jacob’s hobbies are camping, hiking, rock climbing, cooking, and socializing with friends. While new to Montana, Jacob is eager to learn the ins and outs of tree care and forestry.
Brianna Litz
Before moving to Montana, Brianna graduated with Honors Distinction from the University of North Georgia in 2025. She majored in Spanish with minors in both International Affairs and Italian. She attended two study abroad programs in her time as a student in Spain and Italy. At Dillon Distributors, Brianna heads the marketing team. When she is not in the office she enjoys hiking, baking, reading, and traveling.
